Now starts the season of planning. We have hit the home stretch of 2021 and Q4 promises to be full of surprises, I’m sure.
Having a solid goal-setting practice is vital for growth and the one thing you can do for your business to mitigate risk in an ever-changing world.
How much money are you spending and where? What is your ROI? How is your social media team managing your budget? What is your cost per lead?
All of these answers can and need to be tracked on a regular basis for any business. That’s because the rate of change is outpacing our strategies.
When it comes to marketing, working on a quarterly basis turns to be really smart. Having the practice where you are reviewing 3 months worth of data, paying attention to changes in the market, and intentionally crafting a plan will help you stay ahead of the curve.
That’s why today I am sharing the exact high-level template that I use in my planning process for clients. It’s the one-pager you need to extract yourself from the weeds to see the forest from the trees.
I’m excited to guide you through the template to help you plan your quarterly marketing efforts.
